Terms
Last updated 30 October 2026
These terms cover openhigh.io and the OpenHigh beta. By applying for or using the beta you agree to them.
What OpenHigh is
OpenHigh is trading software: a terminal that connects to a trading account you already hold with your broker. OpenHigh is not a broker, doesn't hold your money and doesn't execute your trades; your broker does. OpenHigh is not affiliated with MetaQuotes or with any broker or prop firm.
The beta
- The beta is free, by invitation, and limited in seats. Applying doesn't guarantee a place.
- Beta software is unfinished. Features may change, break or be removed, and the beta may end at any time.
- The beta starts on demo accounts. Don't connect a live account unless we ask you to.
- Prices shown on the site are a draft and may change before launch.
Your responsibilities
- Check that your broker's or prop firm's terms allow you to use third-party terminals. Rules vary and we can't check them for you.
- You are responsible for every order you place and for checking it before you send it.
- Don't misuse the service, attempt to break it, or access accounts that aren't yours.
No advice
Nothing on this site or in OpenHigh is financial or investment advice. Trading leveraged products carries a high risk of losing money.
Liability
OpenHigh is provided "as is", without warranties. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for trading losses, missed trades, or losses caused by outages, delays or errors in the software, your broker, or your internet connection.
