Privacy policy

Last updated 30 October 2026

This page explains what OpenHigh collects on openhigh.io, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. Questions or requests: hello@openhigh.io.

What we collect

When you apply for the beta:

  • your email address;
  • your answers on the form: broker or prop firm, trading platform, and which plan you would pick;
  • how you found us: the campaign tags in the link you followed (UTM parameters) and the referring website;
  • the date you applied.

When you browse the site: anonymous usage data (pages viewed, clicks on buttons, device and browser type, approximate country) through the analytics and advertising tools listed below.

We never ask for your trading password or account details on this site.

Why

  • to pick beta testers and contact them about the beta;
  • to email you when OpenHigh launches, with the founding-member offer;
  • to see which posts and ads bring people to the site, so we know where to spend time and money.

We don't sell your data and don't share it with brokers or prop firms.

Services we use

  • Loops: stores beta applications and sends our emails.
  • Vercel: hosts the site; Vercel Analytics counts page views without cookies.
  • Google Analytics: measures how the site is used. It sets cookies.
  • Reddit Pixel: tells us whether visitors from our Reddit ads apply. It sets cookies and Reddit may link the visit to your Reddit account under Reddit's own privacy policy.

These providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States, under their standard data protection terms.

How long we keep it

Beta applications are kept until the beta and launch are over, or until you ask us to delete them, whichever comes first. Analytics data is kept under each provider's default retention.

Your choices

  • Every email has an unsubscribe link.
  • Email hello@openhigh.io to see, correct or delete what we hold about you. We reply within 30 days.
  • You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site works without them.
  • If you are in the EU or UK and unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to your local data protection authority.

Changes

If this policy changes, we update the date at the top of this page.
